It is not unusual for the Kentdale team to go above and beyond – but it is lovely when one of our team members gets recognised for it. That was the case at the end of last year when our Senior Nurse, Emma Dever, was the winner of the Veterinary Times’ ‘Above and Beyond’ award!
On nominating Emma, our Clinical Director Louise said:
“Always with a smile on her face, championing inpatient care, with Emma on the hospital rota, you know the inpatients are in safe hands. Emma is an inspiration to junior nurses and loved by clients.”
It was well deserved as Emma is passionate about inpatient care and ensuring gold standard treatment for all inpatients. Already an outstanding nurse, she is currently studying hard for a Diploma in Surgical Nursing which she will complete this summer – good luck Emma.
