Our specialist-led team of dedicated veterinary surgeons work in purpose-built facilities in Cumbria with state-of-the-art equipment and are supported by a highly skilled nurse team 24 hours a day. We offer an ethical, competitively priced service to clients all over the UK.
For our clients
We pride ourselves in giving a friendly, relaxed service, whilst offering high-quality clinical care. This ensures that your animal receives the optimal treatment that you as owners feel comfortable with. Our nurses and auxiliary staff treat your pet as if they were their own (including extra cuddles and bedtime biscuits if they stay overnight!) and our receptionist will welcome you with a warm smile and an offer of tea or coffee.
Our vets aim to give clear advice including written instructions after surgery. We are always on the end of the phone if you have any concerns.
For our referring vets
We hope that you will see Kentdale Referrals as an extension of your practice. Our surgeons are available for advice if required. We are happy to look at x-rays prior to referral or chat a case through with you. Our referral process is designed to be straight forwards, as we appreciate the pressures of primary care. We aim to promptly report cases following our assessment, and you will be sent a copy of the animal’s discharge instructions, to ensure continuity of care for your clients.
