Arthroscopy is a way to examine the interior of joints using different sizes of telescope ranging from 1.9mm to 2.7mm diameter depending on the size of the patient.

Use of an arthroscope allows us to examine the inside of joints in detail whilst reducing the degree of postoperative pain associated with more conventional joint surgery. We can use arthroscopic surgery to treat elbow dysplasia including fragment removal and sub-total coronoidectomy.
