HR Business Partner

Tinderjit joined the world of Veterinary medicine in February 2018 as HR Business Partner for Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service in Solihull. She was then appointed as HR Business Partner for Kentdale Referrals and Willows in November 2020.

Prior to joining the Veterinary industry Tinderjit worked in various HR Roles having graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, she is also a member of the CIPD.


Joining Linnaeus has been a great opportunity to learn about the veterinary sector and Tinderjit has been truly blown away by the dedication and commitment of team members and the amazing service they provide to clients, patients and Referring Veterinary Surgeons .

Her passion is to make a difference to team members and to ensure that all associates have the best employee experience possible.

Away from work, Tinderjit enjoys gardening, running and going for long walks with Nacho, her playful cockapoo.
