Important Notice As of 2 November 2009 we have moved to our new purpose built surgery at Moss End Business Village, Crooklands. The new surgery is located within 1/4 mile of Junction 36 of the M6. To find the new surgery from the M6 junction 36, follow the sign towards Kirkby Lonsdale. After 100 yards turn right at the next roundabout, signposted to Burton and Holme. The entrance to Moss End Business Village is approximately 200 yards on the right.
